Kuratite, New Mineral Discovered In D’Orbigny Meteorite

Prior to the establishment of Kuratite minerals, in 2004 Dr. Kurat and his colleagues published a paper in the journal Geochimica et Cosmochimica Acta, they decompose the presence of iron, aluminum, titanium, silicate unknown in D’Orbigny meteorite. Study of rare minerals Fe, Al, Ti, Si from the meteor rocks D’Orbigny has been approved as a Kuratite minerals by CNMNC.
Mineral phases in rocks is not known which consists of very small crystals with an average diameter of about 0.01 millimeters. The very small size of the mineral so it suliy determine the form of physical and chemical properties, but this designation is regarded as the determination phase of the Kuratite minerals.
